Student days in Rome studying the geometry of the temples depicting them on mylar with ink pens. Truly a lost art and passion. The mistakes of the pens are reminders of imperfection that are beautiful. Studying a plan is similar to walk in someone else’s mind feeling the axis and shapes you can explore the plan creating your own. This I called the Chapel of Hope for the celebration of the rites of passage in 1986, a prime time for post modernism. A band of rare red stone holding the washcourse in my pencil crayons.
